  • 20 Toes To Bars
  • 30 Push-Ups
  • 40 Double Unders (x2 Singles)


WEIGHT TRAINING:

  • Strict Pull-Ups 5×8
  • Back Squats 4×8 @90 Kg.
  • Deadlifts 4×6 @130 Kg.
